Our chef always has a few tricks up his sleeve, and he's creating a crave-worthy four-course Easter lunch menu featuring spring-inspired dishes highlighting seasonal and local ingredients. An a la carte specials menu will also be available in the evening.

Lunch: 10:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
Dinner Specials: 5 p.m. - 10 p.m.

The Pelican Grill’s Tasting Table invites epicureans to be seated right next to the restaurant’s open-concept kitchen in the main dining room. This interactive, chef-led dining experience presents guests with exclusive daily dishes featuring fresh, seasonal ingredients and creative presentations. Pelican Grill chefs prepare the day’s selection of prix fixe specialties before guest’s eyes, then pass each course over the kitchen counter to the adjacent table set for up to 10 guests. As they converse with the chef across the pass counter, diners savor California grill cuisine paired with fine wines.
